He holds a degree in Polymer Material and Engineering from Hebei University of Science and Technology, which has provided him with a solid foundation in science and technology. Over his 16-year career, Guozhang has developed extensive management experience, working in various positions such as a salesperson, safety supervisor, sales manager, and ultimately a deputy general manager.

Before co-founding VetConnect, Guozhang held positions at notable companies like NBP Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., CSPC, Shijiazhuang Kunen Trading Co., Ltd., and Shijiazhuang Dingmin Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. Through these roles, he gained valuable skills in sales, safety supervision, inventory management, recruitment, training, and customer relations. This diverse background has equipped him with the ability to adapt to different situations and work effectively under pressure.

As the CEO of VetConnect, Guozhang is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring proper inventory management and quality control, and maintaining relationships with industry authorities. He also actively participates in domestic and nternational industry exhibitions, analyzing market trends and understanding customer needs. His strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence drives the company's success.
